Dubai's 2026 Eid celebrations blend tradition with cash-prize shopping sprees

Dubai's Eid celebrations in 2026 will feature a mix of tradition and excitement. Alongside fireworks, charity iftars, and cultural events, a new shopping campaign is offering residents the chance to win cash prizes. The initiative, backed by BUZ Management & Marketing Consulting LLC, aims to make the festive season even more engaging for shoppers across the city.

The festive promotion will run from 9 to 21 March 2026, covering major malls like Al Ghurair Centre, Silicon Central, and Bay Avenue. Participants need to spend at least 200 Dirhams at any taking-part location and scan an in-store QR code to enter the raffle. A total of 200,000 Dirhams in cash prizes will be awarded to 25 winners, with draws held on 20, 21, and 22 March.

Beyond shopping, Dubai's Eid festivities will include fireworks at Burj Khalifa and Dubai Marina, free iftar meals from mosques and businesses such as Emaar and Majid Al Futtaim, and cultural souks with henna and handicrafts in areas like Global Village. Family-friendly events will also take place at Dubai Parks and Resorts, while community iftars with live performances are planned in neighbourhoods like Jumeirah and Deira. Baiju Kurieash, CEO of BUZ Management & Marketing Consulting LLC, stated that the campaign is designed to create joyful shopping experiences during Eid. The initiative encourages residents to explore participating malls while enjoying the festive atmosphere.

The campaign adds another layer of excitement to Dubai's Eid celebrations. With cash prizes, cultural activities, and community events, residents have multiple ways to engage during the holiday. The promotion concludes with the final raffle draw on 22 March 2026.
