In the District of Osterholz, a 46-year-old E-scooter rider was stopped by police in Grasberg on Tuesday at around 2 pm. The incident took place on Langenberg Street, where an investigation was initiated against the E-scooter rider after a breath alcohol test revealed a value of 3.1 promille. The E-scooter was secured, and the rider had to provide a blood sample.

In a separate incident in the District of Verden, a traffic accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon on Piepenbrink Street. This time, a 32-year-old Nissan driver and a 52-year-old truck driver were involved. Initial information suggests there was no damage to the vehicles, but a child in the Nissan was lightly injured in the collision.

Meanwhile, in the District of Verden, another accident with over 3 promille occurred on Tuesday evening. The accident happened at the Uphusen/Bremen-Mahndorf on-ramp on the A1 towards Hamburg. The suspect driver, a 44-year-old man driving an Audi, collided with a 44-year-old truck driver while merging onto the highway, resulting in an estimated damage of around 2,200 euros.

In another incident in the District of Osterholz, a traffic accident involving a child on a bicycle occurred on Tuesday afternoon in Schwanewede. The boy was riding his bike on the bike path in the same direction when he collided with a car. The 56-year-old driver of a VW was attempting to turn left from the L149 into a driveway.

A separate incident in the District of Verden also involved a driver under the influence of alcohol. When turning, the driver noticed the cyclist and stopped, but the boy could not avoid the car and fell against it. The driver had to provide a blood sample, and the police found no insurance for the E-scooter.

In the most serious incident, the suspect driver involved in the Uphusen/Bremen-Mahndorf accident with over 3.1 per mille blood alcohol concentration was a 44-year-old man driving an Audi who collided with a 44-year-old truck driver while merging onto the A1 highway.
