Dohler ascends as president of BDEW
The Federal Association of Energy and Water Industry (BDEW) has a new President following the election held on June 4th. Stefan Dohler, the 58-year-old CEO of EWE, was chosen to lead the organisation, succeeding Marie-Luise Wolff who did not run for re-election after serving three terms.
The election of Dohler as the President of BDEW took place within the Board, and the honorary members of the BDEW Presidium, appointed from within the Board, serve for a term of two years.

The BDEW Presidium appoints its honorary members for a term of two years, and the term of office for these members is also two years.
