The plastic must also be durable, lightweight, and resistant to environmental factors to maintain sensor performance and drone functionality.

DJI drones, primarily grey in colour, could potentially benefit from being more colourful to attract customers. Meanwhile, Autel drones, known for their bright orange colour, might be pulling out of the consumer market. This development could shake up the drone industry, as DJI faces competition from startups like Antigravity, funded by Insta360.
