Kinokuniya, the popular Japanese bookstore, has a lot in store for customers at its Pavilion Damansara Heights outlet this September and October. The store, located on the fourth floor at Lot 4.59.00 & 4.60.00, is offering a variety of events, promotions, and exclusive items.

For those who aren't members, the first 500 customers today can still receive a rebate voucher, button badge, and bookmark. From October 1-31, customers can also look forward to the availability of Rhodia Fountain Pen and Decopatch.

The store is not as large as its counterpart at KLCC, but it makes up for it with a wide selection of pens, fountain pens, and planners. There's even a hidden stationery section tucked into a nook between the bookshelves.

For manga fans, POP Manga will be on display from October 1-31. The store also boasts a whole other section behind where the Japanese books are, as well as a comics and "Popular Culture" section. For collectors, there are entire cupboards dedicated to Sonny Angel and Smiski blind boxes.

Kinokuniya Malaysia has yet to bring in the cult favourite Hobonichi line, but fans can still look forward to several exciting events. From September 4 to October 31, Nala Design will be available. A Sonny Angel Workshop with Nala Design is scheduled for September 27, and a Bluey Meet & Greet is planned for the same day.

For those interested in Magic: The Gathering (MTG), a play session is planned for September 14, and an MTG Spider Man release party is set for September 28. A Children Book Reading session is scheduled for September 14 and September 21.

Music lovers can enjoy a Jazz Session by Tay Cher Siang & Farid on September 16, 3pm. The store also has a Coffee Club at the back for drinks and light repast.

The planning and execution of these events and promotions were handled by Kinokuniya Malaysia. The store had a crowd of over 50 people for its September 4 opening, and it's still offering giveaways and hosting events.

With such an exciting lineup, Kinokuniya Pavilion Damansara Heights is definitely worth a visit. Don't miss out on these events and promotions!
