Digital Banking Awards 2025 in Partnership with Infosys: Round One

The digital banking landscape is evolving rapidly, with institutions adopting AI, cloud technology, and mobile-first strategies. This year, the 2025 World's Best Digital Bank Awards have recognised the leaders in this transformation.

The awards, hosted by a renowned website, are divided into six regions: Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa, Central & Eastern Europe, Latin America, North America, and Western Europe. The winners were chosen by a world-class panel of judges at Infosys, based on criteria such as strength of digital customer strategy, success in digital offerings usage, growth of digital customers, breadth of product offerings, tangible benefits from digital initiatives, and web/mobile site design and functionality.

The Awards Dinner and Forum will take place on October 7th at 8 Northumberland Avenue, London. This iconic location, where history meets innovation, will host a celebration of the winners of the 2025 World's Best Digital Bank Awards, Innovators, and the inaugural AI in Finance Awards.

The forum offers panel discussions on the transformative impact of GenAI in banking and networking opportunities with global experts. The event is partnered with Infosys, CGI, DBS, and SmartStream Technologies.

Among the winners, Wing Bank in Cambodia was honoured for "Most Innovative Leader in Digital Lending" and "Excellence in Innovation – Savings Account Services." Weyay Bank in Kuwait was named "Kuwait’s Best Digital-Only Bank," and NBK won the "Best Online Product Offerings Award" in Kuwait.
