In a recent announcement, Eric 'ConcernedApe' Barone, the creator of the popular farming simulation game Stardew Valley, confirmed the release of a new update, version 1.7. After the successful launch of Stardew Valley 1.7, ConcernedApe will shift his focus to developing his new project, Haunted Chocolatier, while a team works on the Stardew Valley update.
Haunted Chocolatier, ConcernedApe's primary upcoming project beyond Stardew Valley 1.7, promises an exciting blend of chocolate-making, shop-simulation, archery, boss fights, books, a larger world, and fishing. The announcement was made at a Stardew Valley Symphony of Seasons live concert.
While details about the Stardew Valley 1.7 update are scarce, with no release date or estimate provided, ConcernedApe assured fans that the development of Haunted Chocolatier will not hinder the progress of the Stardew Valley update.
