Detailed account given by the deputy concerning the 36 million dollar apartment

In a surprising turn of events, Deputy Il Tumen Vasily Nikolaev has purchased a lavish 4-room apartment in Moscow for 36 million rubles. This news comes after reports of Nikolaev buying apartments in the city for a fraction of the cost back in 2016, each for 4.5 million rubles.

By profession, Nikolaev is an entrepreneur, with interests in real estate, engineering design, and construction. He has two additional apartments in Moscow, each of 36 square meters, which he bought as an investment for his four children. One of his children already resides in one of the apartments.

The apartment, located on Michurinsky Prospekt, is not a casual purchase for Nikolaev. He recently posted a photo of the apartment on his social media, indicating that it was bought for fun. However, he also commented that for the high price of a "square meter" in Moscow, the buyer gets much more in terms of infrastructure and materials.

During his visit to the developer in Moscow, Nikolaev consulted about cost and construction issues. The chairman of the construction company where Nikolaev consulted is Alexei Petrov.

Interestingly, Nikolaev attributes the high cost of housing in his hometown, Yakutsk, to the Far Eastern mortgage. He considers housing in Yakutsk to be excessively expensive. Despite this, he does not receive a salary from the budget as he is a deputy of the Il Tumen on a voluntary basis.

This latest purchase by Nikolaev is a testament to his successful career in real estate and construction, and it adds another layer to the ongoing discussion about housing prices in Moscow and other parts of Russia.
