Disorderly Demonstration Against Military Draft - Daycare facilities at Bundestag are Damaged by Protesters - Demonstration against mandatory military service - Defamation of Bundestag-Kita (daycare center near the federal parliament)

In an unusual turn of events, a protest against conscription took place at the Bundestag's kindergarten on Tuesday evening. Three men, aged 17, 19, and 20, were found outside the kindergarten holding cardboard signs protesting against military service.

The building north of the Paul-Löbe House was vandalized with red vegetable juice during the protest action. The vandalism has since been described as a case of political vandalism, and the state protection department of the Berlin State Criminal Police Office is investigating the incident.

A slogan critical of conscription was left behind at the vandalized site, but there is no information from the available sources indicating that the protesters were involved in any damage to the building. The people protesting outside the Bundestag kindergarten were likely anti-war activists or conscientious objectors.

The operation of the kindergarten was not disrupted by the protest action. The cleaning company was able to completely remove the paint from the house facade and the sidewalk. An administrative offense procedure has been initiated for the unannounced assembly.

The police are investigating whether the three men found outside the kindergarten were involved in vandalizing the Bundestag's kindergarten. However, it's important to note that the slogan critical of conscription was left behind at the vandalized site, suggesting that the slogan may have been a message from the perpetrators rather than the protesters.

This incident serves as a reminder of the ongoing debate surrounding conscription and the passion that it can evoke. As the investigation continues, more details are expected to emerge, shedding light on the motivations behind this unusual protest and the vandalism that followed.
