Dan Bilzerian lists his $25M Las Vegas mansion with wild amenities
Dan Bilzerian is putting his Las Vegas mansion on the market for $25 million. The sprawling property, packed with luxury features, was originally built for over $20 million using high-end materials from across the globe. Bilzerian bought the estate in 2018 for $8.5 million. Since then, the 38,289-square-foot mansion has become known for its extravagant amenities. Inside, it includes seven bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms, and a 16-car garage. There's also a wine cellar, poker room, gym, and a private theatre.
The outdoor space is just as impressive. A full-sized basketball court, rock-climbing walls, and a roller hockey rink sit alongside a foam pit and batting cage. The pool area even features a rock-climbing wall and slide. Bilzerian has decided to sell the property to shift his focus elsewhere. His next projects involve business ventures in Bali and Dubai. At the listed price, the monthly mortgage would come to around $128,482.
The mansion's sale marks a new chapter for Bilzerian as he moves away from Las Vegas. The property's extensive facilities and prime location make it one of the most unique luxury homes on the market. Potential buyers will have until a sale is finalised to secure the estate.
