Customs officials have once again inspected Nagelstudio, and they've found that they have dealt with HZA-MS before.

Customs officials at Nagelstudio have again inspected items flagged as already-seen under the HZA-MS policy.

In the southern district of Borken, Münster, the local customs office recently conducted an unexpected visit to a local nail salon. The purpose of the visit was initially to return a mobile phone taken the previous week to secure evidence for a case of illegal employment. However, upon entering the salon, customs officers found an employee illegally working on a nail model.

The employee, who could not produce any identification, was found to be without a residence permit in Germany, making their employment illegal. As a result, the employee was provisionally arrested by the customs officers and taken to the responsible foreign authority for further proceedings.

The nail salon in question remains under investigation for multiple offenses related to illegal residence and employment. The Main Customs Office Münster is the authority responsible for the investigation and prosecution of this case.

In addition to the ongoing investigation, the customs office has initiated criminal proceedings against the owner and employee of the nail salon. The company officially employs no one, but the owner's illegal actions are being addressed to prevent further illegal employment.

The Main Customs Office Münster can be contacted at [email protected], telephone: 0251/4814-1306, or www.zoll.de for more information.

It is important to note that this is not the first time the nail salon in Borken, Münster, has been under scrutiny. The salon was already under investigation for suspicion of illegal residence and aiding and abetting, with two criminal proceedings initiated the previous week.

The customs office has also recommended a procedure for the prohibition of trade to the responsible authority to end the illegal employment by the company owner. The employee's case will be decided on by the responsible foreign authority, while the criminal proceedings against the owner and employee are in addition to the existing ones initiated the previous week.

The search results do not provide information about the owner of the nail salon in Münster who is being investigated by customs authorities for illegal residence and assistance. The customs office is working diligently to ensure that such illegal activities are addressed and prevented in the future.
