Loans between Rs. 30 and 75 lakh see a similar trend, with DBS Bank maintaining a single floating interest rate of 8.80%, and ICICI Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, IDBI Bank, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank offering floating rates ranging from 8.40% to 12.75%.
