"Cultural Summer 2025 in Arnsberg: Enjoyment through Music and Dance Participation"

The City of Arnsberg's Cultural Office is set to host an exciting interactive project this summer, titled "Fragments". This unique production, a spin-off from the performance "Flussgeflüster" first staged by Manuel Quero in 2017, will be part of the Arnsberg Cultural Summer 2025.

Led by Silas Eifler and Tobias Weikamp, "Fragments" combines dance and music to transform the courtyard of Kloster Wedinghausen. The performances, scheduled for September 6, 2025, will start at 20:00.

In preparation for the main event, music rehearsals will be scheduled between August 11 and September 2, 2025, with two to three rehearsals per week. Dance rehearsals will follow a similar schedule. A Music Workshop is planned for August 17, 2025, and a Dance Workshop is offered on August 9, 2025.

The project is looking for individuals with dance experience and singers for a project choir. Interested participants can sign up to actively participate in "Fragments". Registration and information can be sent to [email protected] or +49 178 278 7253.

During the rehearsals, Tobias Weikamp will develop choreographies with the participants, while Silas Eifler will provide musical guidance. The main rehearsal is scheduled for September 3, 2025, with a dress rehearsal on September 4, 2025.

"Fragments" is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Science of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Sparkasse Mitten im Sauerland as part of the Regional Cultural Program.
