The Ministry has announced several updates regarding the FIONA app and the "profil (bw)" external app, which are essential tools for agricultural businesses.

Firstly, it's important to note that once a complaint from a physical on-site inspection is received, the application details cannot be changed. However, other errors and notes related to the application can be viewed and corrected under the "Check & Error Log" section of FIONA. This correction is possible until September 30, 2025.

In the coming weeks, complaints from physical on-site inspections will also be displayed in FIONA. This will provide a more comprehensive and up-to-date view of any issues that may arise.

Orders for submitting photo evidence for certain partial steps in FIONA have been created and need to be processed in the external app "profil (bw)". Instructions for using this app, along with a detailed manual and further information, are available in the information service.

The authorities responsible for farm inspections and subsidy controls in the respective region or country are typically the ones informing agricultural businesses about the need to submit photographic evidence. Affected applicants have already been informed via their mailbox by the relevant lower agricultural authorities.

Further results from the satellite data evaluation regarding compliance with agricultural activity, minimum activity, harvest date, and FAKT II measure will also be displayed in FIONA.

For any queries or concerns, the Press Office and Citizen Representative can be contacted via email or the contact form on the ministry's website.

The ministry has also provided an information sheet "Guidelines for processing errors and notes in FIONA until September 30, 2025" to help users navigate the error correction process.

It's crucial for agricultural businesses to stay informed and comply with the requirements set out by the ministry to ensure a smooth process and avoid any potential issues.
