Analysis by Henning Feindt - Could the most touching coach farewell occur today?

On Sunday, we witnessed the most touching coach goodbye in the history of football. Jürgen Klopp (56) bid farewell to Liverpool after nearly nine years against Wolverhampton. The thought of everyone singing "You'll Never Walk Alone" sends a surge of emotions through Klopp's soccer-loving heart.

I've felt the same intensity at Anfield a short while ago. No other coach has managed to forge such a strong bond between fans and the team like Klopp. Liverpool has won eight titles under his guidance and reached 13 finals. His greatest success: rekindling the hopes of the skeptics, particularly during the period when they lost four finals in a row. It's remarkable how he manages to stay grounded despite all this triumph. And he deserves this recognition.

I propose renaming "The Kop" to "The Klopp"! Coaching greats Bill Shankly and Bob Paisley have been immortalized with statues outside the stadium. A stand was named after Kenny Dalglish. Naming the fan curve after Klopp would be more fitting than anything else. You'll understand why on Sunday. When Klopp lifts his right arm in front of the curve, fists it and cheers the 61,276 fans at Anfield, their hearts will dance again.

In 2019, his team celebrated Klopp winning the Champions League

The dance of emotions continues, Klopp, Klopp, Klopp!
