It's uncertain what will transpire. - Could Benes include a departure clause in his contract with HSV?

Laszlo Benes (26) is the sole HSV player who won't be taking a Summer break after their triumphant 4-1 game against Nuremberg, as he'll instead join the national team in just two days.

To kickstart their preparations for the European Championships, Slovakia faces off against Belgium (17.6.), Ukraine (21.6.), and Romania (26.6.).

Can we expect the 20-time international player to exercise his termination clause and join a top-tier league outside Germany?

Benes: "I'm still under contract here right now. I can't mention what may occur."

Recently, there were rumors indicating Benes might leave his current deal prior to the start of the Euros. However, he disproved these, expressing: "I'm not obliged to make any decisions until the European Championships."
