Continuation in Stemwede, as per Depenbrock
The municipality of Stemwede, located in North Rhine-Westphalia, has announced an extension of its partnership with construction conglomerate Depenbrock. This new five-year agreement, set to commence from January 1, 2026, will see Depenbrock continue to provide comprehensive technical care for the municipality's properties.
Depenbrock's responsibilities encompass a wide range of services, including maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and energy optimization measures for the municipality's 37 properties. These properties include schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, fire stations, chapels, the town hall, and other public buildings.
A key aspect of this partnership is the management of the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system for the municipality of Stemwede. This system allows for real-time display of all property processes, offering a streamlined approach to controlling and monitoring buildings and technical infrastructure.
Depenbrock's role extends to the recording and processing of disturbance reports within the CAFM system. This system also enables the creation of individual status reports and evaluations, providing valuable insights for the municipality's budget and action planning.
Regular property inspections are an integral part of Depenbrock's scope of work. These inspections, combined with the management of the CAFM system, ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standard.
While the name of the contract negotiator responsible for signing the new agreement has not been publicly disclosed, the signing of the contract is expected to occur this summer. This extension of the partnership is a testament to the successful collaboration between Stemwede and Depenbrock in providing top-tier technical services for the municipality.
