Meanwhile, the anticipation for the Miss America 2026 competition is building. The event will see 52 women from across the country competing for the coveted title. Contrary to speculation, the competition will not be held in New York City, Chicago, Clovis and Fresno, California, or even in the areas Miss New York Cassie Donegan suggests visiting. Instead, it will take place on September 7 at The Walt Disney Theater at the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida.
