This offers optimism - Consultant praises Leipzig over Sesko experience.
The likelihood of Benjamin Sesko staying with Leipzig is quite high, according to his advisor Elvis Bašanović. In a TV interview with "Sportklub", Bašanović mentioned Leipzig's strong arguments for keeping the 18-year-old forward, including their impressive development system and fantastic club conditions. He described Leipzig as being a big club with many advantages for a player.
But Sesko's future with Leipzig isn't set in stone. He may choose to leave the club in the summer during the transfer window for a performance-related clause set at up to 75 million euros. There's plenty of interest from top clubs like Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool, and AC Milan, without Bašanović mentioning them directly. Saudi clubs Al Hilal and Al Ahli are also in the mix, offering Sesko a salary between €25-€30 million per year as well as a signing bonus of €20 million.

However, Bašanović assures that Sesko won't join a team outside of Europe. He states, "At least not at the moment." If he remains in Leipzig, a decision needs to be made prior to Slovenia's match against Denmark in the European Championship opener in Stuttgart (June 16). With regards to a potential move to Serie A, Bašanović suggests that it's difficult for Sesko to afford at the current time, but that doesn't rule it out completely. "The decision is up to Benjamin," he says.
