Construction of the Moritz-Lang-House in Dotzheim is underway
The city of Wiesbaden is eagerly anticipating the completion of the Moritz-Lang House, a new care facility scheduled for fall 2026. This much-awaited project is being constructed with the latest standards in mind, set to accommodate 104 care places.
The Moritz-Lang House project has been a collaborative effort, with WiBau and all construction team members contributing significantly. The city's Mayor, Gert-Uwe Mende, expressed his pleasure with the project, stating that the future residents will find a cozy and dignified home at the Moritz-Lang House.
Dr. Patricia Becher, the Social Affairs Commissioner, has been a driving force behind the project. She emphasized the need for action regarding the Moritz-Lang House and the urgency to improve the care landscape in Wiesbaden. She highlighted that caring for the elderly involves more than professional care; it also involves security, attention, and a home.
The previous Moritz-Lang House served reliably for decades, but its structural conditions and care standards no longer met today's requirements. The new Moritz-Lang House, described as offering a home with heart, intelligence, and modern equipment, will undoubtedly fill this gap.
The Moritz-Lang House project has faced challenges, with planning phases and delays testing everyone involved. However, since the groundbreaking, the project has progressed rapidly, and the city looks forward to its further progress.
The Press Office of the State Capital Wiesbaden has released a press release from Schlossplatz 6, 65183 Wiesbaden, detailing the project's progress. Mayor Mende and Commissioner Becher expressed their gratitude towards WiBau and all involved in the construction of the Moritz-Lang House.
The new Moritz-Lang House is expected to significantly improve the care landscape in Wiesbaden, as previously stated by Commissioner Becher. Citizens can contact the responsible department or office for any questions regarding the Moritz-Lang House project.
As the completion date approaches, the city of Wiesbaden looks forward to the festive opening of the new Moritz-Lang House, a beacon of modern care in the heart of the city.
