Aris Water Solutions Extends Water Agreement with ConocoPhillips

Aris Water Solutions, a leading environmental infrastructure and solutions company, has announced an extension of its Water Gathering and Disposal Agreement with ConocoPhillips. The agreement, originally signed in 2018 and due to expire in 2028, has been extended from May 31, 2033, to May 31, 2040.

This extension aligns the interests of both parties and complements their recently executed long-term water supply contract. Aris will continue to provide long-term full-cycle water infrastructure services to ConocoPhillips, further strengthening their strategic partnership.

Aris operates primarily in the core areas of the Permian Basin and its integrated pipelines and related infrastructure create long-term value by delivering high-capacity, comprehensive produced water management, recycling, and supply solutions. These solutions aim to increase the sustainability of energy company operations.

In a move that reinforces its commitment to financial transparency, Aris will issue its second quarter 2025 earnings release after market close on August 11, 2025. The company will also host a conference call to discuss its second quarter 2025 results on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. For more information, contact David Tuerff, Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations, at (281) 501-3070 or [email protected].

Aris expects to report Adjusted EBITDA at the high end of its guidance range for the second quarter of 2025. It is important to note that Aris uses a non-GAAP financial measure, Adjusted EBITDA, which should not be considered in isolation or as a substitute for net income or any other measure prepared under GAAP. Adjusted EBITDA as defined by Aris may not be comparable to similarly titled measures used by other companies.

Aris Water Solutions uses Adjusted EBITDA as a measure for investors and professional research analysts to assess the ability of its assets to generate cash. The company's management also uses Adjusted EBITDA for comparative purposes.

The extension of the Agreement provides Aris with substantial long-term revenue visibility, supported by ConocoPhillips' highly economic, multi-decade remaining inventory. Aris is reaffirming its full-year financial outlook for 2025.

The press release was issued by Business Wire. Aris Water Solutions is a growth-oriented company that delivers full-cycle water handling and recycling solutions, contributing to a more sustainable energy sector.
