The South East Hesse Police Headquarters has announced speed control points for the 37th calendar week of 2025, aiming to ensure road safety and reduce accidents.
On Monday, 8th September, speed control will take place on the A66, in the direction of Fulda, at the Bad Soden-SalmΓΌnster junction, due to noise protection concerns.
The following day, Tuesday, 9th September, speed control will occur on the B43a, in the direction of Dieburg, before the Hanau Harbour junction, which has been identified as a high-risk section.
On Thursday, 11th September, speed control will take place on L3196, MajoΓ towards Steinau, an accident hotspot.
The speed control will continue on B43a, direction Dieburg, before Hanau Harbour junction on 13th and 14th September.
Additionally, speed control will occur on K174, Dietzenbach towards Rodgau, between Waldacker and Rodgau-Ring-StraΓe on 12th September, due to wildlife concerns.
The locations for speed control are subject to change, and the South East Hesse Police Headquarters did not specify any other methods of traffic control or enforcement.
