Collision on the Roadway
A traffic accident occurred on the A36 near Braunschweig-Stoeckheim on August 25, 21:15 hrs. The incident involved a motorcyclist from Braunschweig and a car driver from Wolfenbuettel.

First aid was administered on site before the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital. The motorcyclist's condition has since improved, and there is no longer any danger to his life.
The car driver, who is 28 years old, was not injured in the incident. The motorcyclist, who is 27 years old, had his two-wheeler thrown against a guardrail in the accident. The total damage caused by the accident is approximately 12,000 euros.
The motorway in the direction of Braunschweig was temporarily completely blocked for about 1.5 hours due to the accident. An expert has been commissioned to clarify the cause of the accident, and the name of the accident investigator is not publicly available.
