Coles, The Iconic, and Peters roll out new rewards and charity initiatives this October

October will bring new ways for shoppers to support charity and enjoy exclusive rewards. Coles is teaming up with Redkite to raise funds for families affected by childhood cancer, while The Iconic launches a free loyalty program. Meanwhile, Peters introduces a fresh range of Drumstick ice creams inspired by famous Australian landmarks.

From the end of September, Coles supermarkets will mark selected products with red stickers. Every purchase of these items will help fund Redkite's work with families facing childhood cancer. Since 2013, the partnership between Coles and Redkite has raised over $50 million, assisting thousands of families with essential support.

The Iconic is also rolling out a new initiative called 'Front Row', a free loyalty program set to launch in late September. Members will earn rewards based on their spending, with different status levels available. The scheme aims to encourage mindful shopping habits while offering perks to frequent buyers. For those with a sweet tooth, Peters is releasing its 'Road Trippers' range of Drumstick ice creams. The flavours draw inspiration from well-known Australian landmarks, including the Big Rocking Horse and the Big Banana. These multipacks will hit shelves at Coles, Woolworths, and Independent Grocers nationwide for $9.50. Elsewhere, 1 Hotel Melbourne and Hellyers Road Distillery are hosting a luxury giveaway worth $1,400. The prize includes an overnight stay, breakfast, valet parking, and a bottle of whiskey. To enter, participants must follow the three brands—1 Hotel Melbourne, From Here, and Hellyers Road Distillery—on Instagram and submit their details via a link. Entries close at midnight on Sunday, 28 September, with the winner announced on 1 October.

The coming weeks will see shoppers contribute to charity through everyday purchases at Coles, while The Iconic's loyalty program offers rewards for regular buyers. Meanwhile, the new Drumstick range gives ice cream lovers a taste of Australia's iconic attractions. The luxury giveaway also provides a chance for one winner to enjoy a high-end experience in Melbourne.
