Coalition of POL-PDNW Members Engage in Shared Consumption of Smoked Substances

In a recent incident reported by news aktuell, a 47-year-old man was stopped by the police in Neustadt/Weinstraße at around 14:40 yesterday. The man was driving a vehicle after smoking a joint, resulting in a positive drug test for THC.

According to the Police Directorate Neustadt/Weinstraße, further driving was prohibited for the man, and a blood sample was taken. If the blood test shows a concentration of 3.5 ng/ml THC or more, the man faces a fine of 500 euros, two points in Flensburg, and a one-month driving ban in the administrative offense procedure.
