In a strategic move to focus on building an international cloud distributor, Cloud Factory Group has entered the German market with a new subsidiary based in Hamburg. Thomas Balslev, with his extensive distribution experience and knowledge of the German market, has been appointed as the Country Sales Manager Germany at Cloud Factory.

Cloud Factory clearly distances itself from the term "marketplace" and emphasizes its pure cloud focus. The company's platform, designed for local Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) segment, offers automation, transparency, and profitability.

The platform covers license management, contract renewals, billing, integration with ERP systems, and scalable workflows. It is particularly valuable in the current climate, as the latest changes in the Microsoft ecosystem bring stricter requirements and increase the pressure for automation. Smart, integrated solutions are gaining more importance due to these changes.

Cloud Factory sees enormous potential in the German market, which is the largest IT market in Europe. The timing for market entry is favourable, as the recent changes in the Microsoft ecosystem create a need for a specialist in the automated management, billing, and optimization of Microsoft and Adobe licenses.

Partners using the Cloud Factory platform can dramatically reduce their administrative costs and focus on growth and customer satisfaction. By collaborating with MSPs and CSPs in Germany, Cloud Factory aims to establish itself as a European specialist in this field.

The acquisition of Frontline increased Cloud Factory Group's customer base to over 700 MSPs and expanded its presence in Norway, making it one of the fastest-growing cloud management platforms in Europe. The transfer of Cloud Factory's hosting business to Curanet serves around 100 hosting partners in Denmark.

As Cloud Factory works exclusively through MSPs and CSPs and adopts a "partner-first mindset" in its business model, it is poised to make a significant impact in the German market. With Thomas Balslev at the helm, the company is well-positioned to leverage his knowledge of the German market to achieve its goals.
