Clash between Two Individuals Leads to Hospitalization for Both Parties
In an unexpected turn of events, a fight between two men aged 28 and 46 took place near Hanau's Heinrich-Fischer-Bad and Schlossgarten on Wednesday evening. The altercation resulted in a series of events that led both individuals to seek medical attention.

The 46-year-old man, who was reportedly under the influence of alcohol and drugs, was taken to a hospital for treatment. Officers found a pocket knife on him during a body search, which he was required to hand over. The younger man, on the other hand, allegedly struck the older man, who then allegedly pulled out a knife and injured his opponent in the face. Both men were taken to hospitals for treatment.
Officers found a folding knife at the scene, which they secured as a potential weapon. Mobile phone footage taken by eyewitnesses will be evaluated as part of the investigation. Witnesses are encouraged to contact the Hanau police station at 06181 100-120.
