City's Women's Health Event Scheduled for September 3, 2025

On Wednesday, September 3, the AWO Family Education Center in Großenritte at Kasseler Straße 19 will host the 28th Women's Health Day in the city of Baunatal. The event, running from 2 pm to 7 pm, promises a variety of engaging workshops designed to promote well-being and fitness.

The day kicks off with a balanced gymnastics workshop led by an unnamed instructor, from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. At 2:45 pm, Manuela Wetzel will guide a Taijiquan workshop, offering a peaceful and mindful exercise for participants.

Following a short break, Karin Hartmann will lead an oriental dance workshop from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, promising a fun and energetic session. From 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm, Tatiana Schomberg will lead a Zumba workshop, providing a high-energy dance experience.

The day concludes with Birgit Schließer's drumming workshop from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm, offering a rhythmic and creative outlet for attendees.
