Bocholt Fire Department Responds to Two Incidents
The Bocholt Fire Department was kept busy on Wednesday, responding to two separate incidents in the city.
At 15:31, the department was called to a vehicle fire on a shopping center's parking deck. Upon arrival, it was determined that the fire was due to a technical malfunction. The driver of the vehicle had managed to safely park it before the fire started.
A total of 10 personnel, including 3 emergency vehicles and one fire engine, were on the scene for the traffic accident. Unfortunately, there were 3 injured patients at the scene. After the patients were treated, some of the lanes on the city ring were reopened by the police.
