Chumba Casino extends NASCAR sponsorship with 23XI Racing for 2024 season
Chumba Casino has renewed its marketing deal with 23XI Racing for another season. The online gaming brand will remain a key sponsor for the NASCAR team co-owned by Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin. Its logo will feature prominently on cars, drivers’ firesuits, and team equipment throughout 2024.
The partnership first began last year, and Chumba Casino will again serve as a primary sponsor. Its branding will return on Tyler Reddick’s No. 45 car during the Daytona 500. Later in the season, Bubba Wallace’s No. 23 car will display the logo at the Brickyard 400.
Chumba Casino operates under VGW, which also runs LuckyLand Slots, LuckyLand Casino, and Global Poker. These platforms use a ‘sweeps coins’ model, allowing players to exchange virtual currency for real money prizes. This practice has sparked legal debates, with several US states banning online sweepstakes casinos or issuing cease-and-desist orders. 23XI Racing was founded in 2020 by NBA legend Michael Jordan and NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin. The team made its competitive debut at the 2021 Daytona 500 and has since grown into a strong contender in the sport.
The extended deal ensures Chumba Casino’s visibility across multiple races and team assets. Its presence on firesuits, cars, and equipment will keep the brand in front of NASCAR fans. Meanwhile, the legal status of sweepstakes casinos remains uncertain in several states.
