Chillfree TV Launches as the First Fully AI-Created Streaming Service
A new AI-powered streaming service has launched with over 7,500 hours of content. Chillfree TV, developed by dotstudioPRO, offers free, ad-supported films and series across multiple devices. The platform uses advanced AI tools to personalise recommendations and optimise viewing experiences. Chillfree TV was created entirely by AI, using technologies like Manus, Claude 4.0, and Cursor. The service provides 24/7 live FAST channels alongside an extensive on-demand library of classic and independent films, TV shows, and 4K movies. Viewers can access it online or via iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, and Fire TV, with Samsung, Vizio, and LG support coming soon.
The platform's content was selected based on monetisation and engagement data from dotstudioPRO's distribution network. Its AI-driven program guide adjusts recommendations in real time, helping users discover new titles more easily. The launch follows a merger between dotstudioPRO and Bayview Entertainment, which added over 3,500 hours of content to the library. Funding for the deal came from Ashdown Capital, Royal Bank of Canada, and the Pasadena Angels. Bayview will continue operating as a subsidiary, with its executive team staying in place. Peter Castro, President of Bayview, noted that the merger blends legacy media with cutting-edge streaming technology. The combined catalogue now exceeds 7,500 hours, though specific details on individual titles or viewer engagement metrics remain undisclosed.
Chillfree TV is now available as a free, ad-supported service on most major streaming devices. The platform's AI tools and expanded content library aim to improve user experience and engagement. Further device support and updates are expected in the coming months.
