Chaotic individual disturbs fellow commuters, necessitating forcible removal from the transportation hub

A man, who has previous convictions for housebreaking and theft, caused chaos at Erfurt Central Station on Tuesday afternoon. The individual, now banned from the station due to his behaviour, was reportedly harassing passengers and attempting to rummage through their personal belongings and luggage.

The incident came to light after a concerned citizen alerted the Federal Police to the man's behaviour. Upon arrival, the officers found the man refusing to calm down, shouting loudly and incoherently at them. Despite their attempts to reason with him, the man lay down in front of the officers and refused to move, causing a scene that required him to be carried out of the station.

The public prosecutors' offices in Chemnitz and Dresden have been informed about the incident, and the man is currently wanted by these authorities. However, his identity has not been disclosed in the search results.

The Federal Police Inspectorate Erfurt has asked anyone with information about the man's whereabouts to contact them at 0361/ 659830 or via email at [email protected]. It is advised that anyone who encounters this individual should not approach him directly, but instead contact the authorities immediately.

This is not the first time such an incident has occurred. The man was previously sought by the public prosecutors' offices due to his previous convictions. It is hoped that with the public's help, he can be apprehended and brought to justice.
