Vignesh Polymers Marks Historic Milestone with Ground-breaking Ceremony for Air Conditioning Division

Vignesh Polymers, a leading manufacturing company in South India, has taken a significant step forward in its growth journey. The company recently held a Ground-breaking Ceremony for its Air Conditioning Division at the SIPCOT Industrial Park, Sriperumbudur Taluk.

The ceremony was graced by R B Shivakumar, Founder & CEO of Vignesh Polymers, and Mohit Sud, Group President of CPAG Division. The distinguished guests from Blue Star, including Nithianand S, Haridas C, Munish Malhotra, Suresh Kaushal, Sudhir Sonkhedkar, Naveen Kumar, Bijal Naik, Kulin Bankar, Jaysingh Chaudhary, Saravanakumar Muthu, and Satyaban Behera, were also in attendance.

The Ground-breaking Ceremony marked the beginning of the establishment of a fully integrated air-conditioning manufacturing facility. The project will involve the in-house production of propeller and crossflow fans, as well as other components. This expansion is expected to position Vignesh Polymers as a leading player in the air conditioning industry.

Vignesh Polymers, founded by Thiru R.B. Sivakumar, a first-generation entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the plastics industry, currently produces more than 460 components across various sectors. The company's core expertise includes Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, EPS Moulding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Welding, Painting, BLDC Motors, Cross Flow Fans, and Room Air Conditioner Components.

The new facility will be a world-class manufacturing unit for air conditioning components. It will include sheet metal fabrication, heat exchanger and copper tubing lines, injection moulding, and EPS packing operations. Vignesh Polymers has invested in advanced technologies such as Robotics and Industry 4.0 to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in production.

The Groundbreaking Ceremony included a traditional welcome, Tamil Thai Valthu, and a lamp lighting ceremony. The event was followed by a symbolic tree planting activity, reflecting Vignesh Polymers' vision of sustainability.
