Celebrate the Arrival of the Town Festival in our City 2025, marking the 59th anniversary of the metropolis!

The City Festival 2025, the largest event in our city, is set to entertain residents and visitors from the region from Thursday, 03.07.2025 to Sunday, 06.07.2025. With a grand lineup of over 1,000 artists, three live stages, a children's area, and a funfair, the festival promises an unforgettable experience.

The festival's lineup includes a diverse range of artists, from local talents to renowned acts. On the 23225 stage, music lovers can look forward to sets from Dj Andy El Maestro, Dj Tobbi, Dj Crazy Lou b2b Dj Hold Up, Janek O., and Henner Montana on Sunday evening from 7 PM.

Local band Rolling Joe & The Pushers, the teacher band of the Theodor-Heuss-Schule, will perform at the 23225 stage on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Schwalm rock band Rogue, known for their motto "Quiet is not the solution," will make their city festival debut on Sunday at 5:30 PM.

Tribute bands are also a significant part of the festival. The Fanta 4 Tribute Band "VIER GEWINNT" will pay homage to the original sounds, beats, and bass lines of the Fantastic Four on Thursday evening, while The Robbie Experience, the best and most popular Robbie Williams tribute show in Europe, will perform on Saturday evening.

The Klimperkasten stage will host performances by Su-Min and Madroom on Thursday at 8 PM and 9:30 PM respectively. NO LIMIT will also perform on Friday evening at the city festival.

The festival's sponsors include Kassel Sparkasse, EAM, DSV Global Transport and Logistics, Glinicke Automobile, HÜTT Brewery, and Raiffeisenbank our city eG. Many city associations, choirs, schools, and kindergartens contribute to the afternoon program of the City Festival.

On Sunday, city shops will be open from 13 - 18 hours for visitors during the City Festival. Jens Walkenhorst will perform WILD NIGHT on Saturday evening at the city festival.
