Bild magazine has been issued a warning by the Chief Public Prosecutor. - Cease financing! Meghan and Harry's enterprise deemed delinquent
By May 3, the "Archewell" charity had been classified as "delinquent."
This designation came about because the 2020-founded charity, started by Harry and Meghan, allegedly didn't submit their annual registration documents or pay the required renewal fees since early 2023.
The letter served as a warning, noting that an organization considered delinquent is behind on their contributions and wouldn't be allowed to carry out any charitable activities that need registration. This includes collecting donations and distributing them for charitable purposes.

If the "Archewell Foundation" doesn't address the issue, the notice threatened that additional penalties could be enforced and, in the worst-case scenario, the organization's registration could be completely suspended.
Does this imply that Harry and Meghan's time away from the British royal family may soon draw to a close? Not quite - at least not at this point.

Meghan's long-time lawyer Richard Genow, who was given the default summons, is believed to have resolved the problem. Genow, who's registered as president of the "Archewell Foundation" in the commercial registry, has been handling all the former "Suits" actress' legal dealings for years. He's reported to have just submitted the missing paperwork and paid the fees that had accumulated.
However, a source has now informed "Page Six" that this was purely an accident. The "Archewell Foundation" is said to have unintentionally misplaced its check while submitting the paperwork for renewal registration.
