Casino Rama undergoes extensive renovations, investing millions of dollars for improvements
Casino Rama Resort undergoes major transformation
Famous for its entertainment offerings, the Casino Rama Resort in Ontario is undergoing a significant overhaul, with a multi-million dollar renovation designed to modernize the complex and elevate the guest experience.
The heart of this revitalization effort includes a range of new and upgraded dining, accommodation, and wellness options, as well as entertainment and gaming upgrades.
The latest addition to the resort's attractions is the contemporary MATCH Eatery and Public House, which opened its doors last Friday, located within the main rotunda. This modern pub-style dining venue promises to bring a unique twist to the casino's offerings.
Previously, the Chow Lucky Noodle Bar debuted in the fall, signifying the beginning of these enhancements. Plans for Atlas Steak and Seafood are in the works, set to take over the former St. Germainβs location.
Hotel rooms are also getting a facelift, with renovations currently underway on the second level. Moreover, a new spa facility is now operational on the ground floor, adding to the existing amenities on the third floor.
The casino floor has received a contemporary update, featuring new and upgraded slot machines. The construction phases of this project have so far provided significant local employment, engaging over 60 tradespeople.
The collaborative effort leading this renovation involves Gateway Casinos and Entertainment, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), and the Rama First Nation. The aim is to make Casino Rama Resort the premier casino and entertainment destination of choice for patrons across Ontario.
