Young motorist from Dortmund, aged 23, encountered an accident on Osloer Straße at around 4:35 AM on August 3rd (Wednesday). Loss of vehicle control led to a shift into the opposite lane, resulting in a head-on collision with a truck.

In the early hours of yesterday morning, a serious accident occurred on Osloer Straße in Duisburg-Friemersheim. A 23-year-old man from Dortmund lost control of his Opel car, colliding with a truck.

The 23-year-old and his 34-year-old passenger were transported to hospitals for treatment, while the 34-year-old truck driver was uninjured in the accident.

The Osloer Straße was closed for the duration of the accident investigation, which is being conducted by the Traffic Commission 21. Both the Opel car and the truck were declared unfit for further use.

No indications of alcohol or other intoxicating substances were found at the scene. The cause of the 23-year-old losing control of his car is still under investigation by the Traffic Commission 21.

The accident occurred on Osloer Straße, with the 23-year-old driving the Opel car and the 34-year-old truck driver not involved in the accident.
