Car Accident at Rödergrund: 20-year-old Driver Loses Control, Causes Rollover Accident
On Thursday morning at 09:15, a traffic accident occurred on the L3174, near Rödergrund. The incident involved a Mercedes Vito, travelling from Tann towards Hofbieber on the L3174.
According to reports, the driver, a 20-year-old man from Tann, lost control of his vehicle for unknown reasons. As a result, the Mercedes Vito skidded off the road to the right and flipped over, landing on its roof.
Fortunately, the driver appeared to be uninjured in the accident. Emergency and rescue services, along with the Hofbieber fire department, were on the scene to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
The accident resulted in approximately 20,000 euros in property damage. The Mercedes Vito sustained significant damage and had to be towed away from the scene.
The location of the accident is a common route for commuters and local traffic, making it all the more important for drivers to exercise caution and adhere to speed limits. The authorities are investigating the cause of the accident to prevent similar incidents in the future.
