XXImo Announces Change in Leadership and Achievements Under Patrick Bunnik

In a significant development, XXImo, a Dutch mobility solutions provider, has announced that its current CEO, Patrick Bunnik, will be stepping down from his position. The departure is a joint decision between Bunnik and the AutoBinck Group, who have been overseeing XXImo since 2020.

Bunnik, who co-founded XXImo in 2011 and led the company through its partial acquisition by the French Sodexo in 2016, has been instrumental in the company's success. Under his leadership, XXImo has achieved internationalization, secured a DNB license, completed a merger with Radiuz, and forged a partnership with Visa. These achievements have positioned XXImo favorably as an early provider in the maturing European market for mobility cards.

In the interim, Michel Cornelissen, the CFO of the AutoBinck Group, will assume the role of interim CEO for XXImo. The AutoBinck Group is currently in the final stages of appointing a new CEO for the company.

Patrick Bunnik has expressed his intention to pursue a different career direction. His tenure at XXImo has been marked by resilience and innovation, and the company looks forward to building on this strong foundation as it moves into the future.

The start-up XXImo, which was co-founded by Bunnik in 2011, has been operating under the AutoBinck Group since 2020. The French company Sodexo holds a partial ownership stake in XXImo.

Recently, XXImo has also made headlines for its strategic partnerships and milestones. The company has partnered with Visa to offer a seamless and secure digital payment solution for mobility services. Additionally, XXImo has merged with Radiuz, a Dutch parking services provider, to expand its offerings and strengthen its position in the market.

As XXImo moves forward, it remains committed to delivering innovative mobility solutions to its customers. The company looks forward to the future under new leadership and continues to strive for excellence in the ever-evolving world of mobility.

In a separate development, the AutoBinck Group has announced that Joost Dukker has been appointed as the new CEO of XXImo. Dukker brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, and the AutoBinck Group is confident that he will lead the company to new heights.
