God-absent robbery - Burglars make off with organ piping.

Based on the information provided by the police, intruders recently gained access to a church through a side entrance. Upon investigating, officers discovered shattered pipes at the scene. Interestingly, this isn't the first time something like this has happened, as last year, several pipes from a Leipzig church were stolen.

Despite the gravity of these incidents, it seems that no additional security measures were put in place following the first break-in. The organ pipes were dislodged so forcefully that significant damage was caused to the 19th century organ's five-note section.

The investigators filed a theft report and retrieved evidence from the crime scene in a very serious case.

Whether the burglars also wanted to remove the bell is still being clarified
