Bulgaria's Boris Angelov wins €217,100 in EPT Paris high-stakes showdown

The €10,200 Mystery Bounty event at the European Poker Tour (EPT) in Paris has drawn huge interest. A total of 1,247 players entered the high-stakes tournament, making it one of the most thrilling side events on the schedule. After days of intense play, Bulgaria's Boris Angelov emerged as the champion.

Players from around the world competed, with winners most frequently hailing from France (three victories), the USA (two), and Brazil (two). The final table saw tough competition, with seven players battling for the top prize.

Alex Kulev was the first to exit in seventh place, earning €39,350—€16,850 in prize money and €22,500 in bounties. Alexander Ivarsson followed in sixth, taking home €43,550 (€21,050 in prize money and €22,500 in bounties). Klemens Roiter finished fifth, securing €84,000 (€26,500 in prize money and €57,500 in bounties).

Sven Andersson left in fourth place with €44,450 (€34,450 in prize money and €10,000 in bounties). Marcelo Bonanata claimed third, winning €44,800. Dimitar Danchev finished as runner-up, pocketing €150,200—€62,700 in prize money and €87,500 in bounties.

Boris Angelov ultimately triumphed, collecting a total of €217,100. His haul included €97,100 from the main payout and €120,000 in bounties.

The €10,200 Mystery Bounty event at EPT Paris concluded with Angelov as the clear winner. His victory adds to the tournament's reputation for high stakes and dramatic finishes. The next stop on the EPT schedule will soon be announced.
