Brock Wilson claims PokerGO Cup 2024 after dominant high-stakes run

The PokerGO Cup 2024 has wrapped up with Brock Wilson taking the series leaderboard title. His consistent performance across 10 high-stakes events secured the win. Meanwhile, Andrew 'LuckyChewy' Lichtenberger claimed another PokerGO Tour (PGT) title, adding to his growing collection. Brock Wilson dominated the series with three tournament victories. He also secured two additional wins earlier in the 10-event run. Despite a sixth-place finish in the $15,000 PGT Major finale, his overall points were enough to top the leaderboard.

Andrew 'LuckyChewy' Lichtenberger entered the series already on strong form. He had won his eighth PGT title during the tour's opening events. Earlier this year, he also finished second in the PGT Championship. This time, he clinched his ninth PGT victory, though he had never before won a PokerGO Cup event. The PGT Major finale saw a competitive field, with Joe McKeehen finishing fourth. Art Peacock took third place, just ahead of McKeehen. Filipp Khavin also made an impact, securing two wins during the series.

Wilson's three tournament wins and strong overall performance earned him the PokerGO Cup leaderboard title. Lichtenberger's ninth PGT win reinforces his position as one of the tour's most successful players. The series also highlighted rising talent, with Khavin and others making their mark in high-stakes competition.
