He was believed to be wearing a small-patterned navy blue shirt, black pants, and black shoes.

Ingo B. hails from the Lehe district of Bremerhaven and presents himself very formally and friendly. He is acutely demented and requires immediate help. The Bremerhaven Police are seeking assistance in locating him.
