Bremen’s Artist in Residence unveils playful yet profound cultural exhibition in Berlin
A cultural evening took place at the Bremen State Representation in Berlin on October 1, 2025. Around 100 guests gathered for an exhibition opening, a reading, and the presentation of new artistic projects. The event marked the latest showcase of Bremen’s Artist in Residence program.
The exhibition A Tiersome Good Idea was officially unveiled during the event. It features works by Anke Bär, Valeska Scholz, and Jeff Hemmer, blending humour and reflection through animal-themed stories. François Ghebaly also contributed to the display, which remains open until December 19, 2025.
The event brought together artists, writers, and guests to celebrate Bremen’s creative output. A Tiersome Good Idea will stay on display for nearly three months, offering free access to its playful yet thoughtful works. The program continues to foster connections between the city’s cultural scene and the capital.
