Break-in at Presseshop Tews in Greifswald: Police Appeal for Information
A break-in occurred at the Presseshop Tews tobacco shop in the Schönwalde Center, Greifswald, early on the morning of May 13, 2025. At 05:20 AM, unknown perpetrators used a manhole cover to smash the entrance door, causing significant damage estimated at 2,000 EUR.
Upon arrival, it was confirmed that the manhole cover had been violently removed from its anchorage at Dostojewskistraße, No. 2a. Numerous tobacco products were stolen during the incident.
