They advise drivers to exercise caution when launching vessels to prevent accidents that could result in costly damages and potentially dangerous situations.

Interestingly, another vehicle, an Opel Astra, was also lost at the OSiR Marina in Włocławek last month, with estimated damage costs of approximately 30,000 złoty ($7,200 USD). The repair costs for the submerged BMW 7-Series are expected to be high and may not be justifiable.

Modern cars, including the BMW 7-Series, contain a significant amount of technology that is not designed to function properly when exposed to water. This underscores the importance of caution when handling vehicles near water bodies.

Despite these incidents, no injuries were reported in either of the two incidents at the marina in Włocławek in the past month. The identity of the BMW driver or the owner of the jet ski remains unknown.
