Berlin’s Gaywiesn Oktoberfest Returns for 2025 with Bavarian Flair and Themed Nights
Berlin’s annual Spreewiesn Oktoberfest will return in 2025, running from September 13 to November 08. Organised by Bork Melms from PROPAGANDA EVENTS, the festival—also known as Gaywiesn—promises Bavarian traditions, themed nights, and lively entertainment. The event will take place at the Spreewiesn-Hütte in Friedrichshain, near Ostbahnhof station, making it easily accessible by public transport.
The festival will transform Postbahnhof into a Bavarian-style celebration for nearly two months. Visitors can enjoy classic Oktoberfest treats, including Löwenbräu beer, giant pretzels, and hearty dishes like roast pork knuckles and half roast chickens. A live Bavarian band will perform throughout the event, adding to the traditional atmosphere.
Spreewiesn 2025 will bring Bavarian culture to Berlin with food, music, and themed celebrations. Running for eight weeks, the festival offers a mix of traditional and modern entertainment. Tickets and further details are expected to be announced closer to the event dates.
