Berlin becomes the new home for UFA as the company relocates its headquarters from Potsdam to Berlin, under BE.YOND OFFICE Berlin.

The city of Berlin is set to welcome a new addition to its growing list of large office locations in the heart of the city. The BE.YOND OFFICE Berlin, scheduled for completion this year, will be ready to open its doors in 2026.

The project, located at Schönberger Ufer 69 in Berlin-Tiergarten, was sold to the Empira Group by Soravia. The BE.YOND OFFICE Berlin will become another location for large offices in central western Berlin, offering a total of 10,421 square meters of flexible workspace.

Each floor in the building is designed for maximum adaptability, with each floor spanning up to 1,241 square meters. About 730 square meters of the space will be dedicated to common and reception areas, providing ample room for collaboration and networking.

The BE.YOND OFFICE Berlin will operate fossil-free, with air-source heat pumps and a photovoltaic system ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly environment. The upper floors of the building will offer outdoor areas in addition to workspaces, with two rooftop terraces totaling 251 square meters.

The office space will feature light-flooded communication zones, a natural stone facade, and greened retreat areas, creating a modern and inviting atmosphere. The media company UFA will occupy the building starting in 2026, further solidifying the BE.YOND OFFICE Berlin as a prime location for businesses in the heart of Berlin.
