Belarusian farmer-turned-influencer launches patriotic athletic wear brand Insomnia

Nazar, a farmer and social media influencer from Minsk, is launching Insomnia, a clothing brand featuring Belarusian and Russian state emblems. With 102,000 Instagram followers, he has built a reputation for his agricultural work and patriotic initiatives. His latest venture marks the country's first attempt at patriotic athletic wear.

Nazar grew up in Minsk before studying in Moscow. Four years ago, he returned to Belarus and co-founded Agro-Lukoml, an agricultural business in Cherven District. Alongside his brother, he expanded the farm to include a petting zoo with rabbits, Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs, goats, and cows.

In January, Nazar and a team of eight set a national record by planting eight hectares of berry bushes in just ten hours. The crops included gooseberries, blackcurrants, strawberries, and Japanese wineberries. Now, he aims to break another record—this time with sea buckthorn. Beyond farming, Nazar has collaborated with the Ministry of Education to promote patriotic, agriculture-focused programmes. His new clothing line, *Insomnia*, will sell velour tracksuits adorned with official state symbols. The brand claims to be Belarus's only patriotic sportswear, though public reaction remains unclear as no official announcement has been made.

Nazar's Insomnia brand combines state symbolism with athletic wear, adding to his growing list of ventures. The farmer-turned-entrepreneur continues to expand his influence, from record-breaking agriculture to patriotic fashion. Details on public response and wider distribution have yet to emerge.
