Bechtle renews leadership team at the highest level
In a series of strategic moves, German IT company Bechtle has announced several leadership changes within its Business Applications division.
Back in 2018, Bechtle expanded its portfolio by acquiring ERP specialist Acommit in Switzerland. Fast forward to 2025, and the division is set for further transformation. As of October 1, 2025, Andreas Staudigel, the current Vice President of Business Applications, will be handing over his position to Stefan Heim.
Heim, who joined Bechtle in 2019 as the CEO of Alpha Solutions, a subsidiary that was later merged with two other companies to form Aproda in 2021, is considered an expert in ERP and CRM software for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Staudigel, on the other hand, will assume the role of Divisional Manager, starting October 2022. He joined Bechtle in 2010 as the managing director of the Mannheim system house and brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as a partner at an M&A company.
Markus Zaech, who has been a member of the leadership team of Aproda since May 2023, will succeed Heim as CEO of Aproda. Zaech's appointment follows the establishment of the Competence Center "Enterprise Services" at HanseVision in January 2020, a move that underscores Bechtle's commitment to delivering top-tier services in the ERP and CRM software market for SMEs.
Heim will report to Bechtle's board member Michael Guschlbauer, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Bechtle, with its significant expertise in the market segment of "ERP and CRM software for SMEs," continues to strengthen its position as a leading IT solutions provider in the industry.
